1. How do I benefit from the service?

The service helps you make sound Mutual Fund Investments, thereby helping you achieve your financial goals.

You get to benefit from our unbiased and strong research process. We are not commission driven.

You save time of doing your own research.

FundSelect does not only emphasize on past returns but also emphasizes on the following qualitative parameters:

• Reputation of the Fund House
• Adherence to the Fund’s investment mandate
• Profile of the Fund manager managing the fund

2. Why should I pay for the service? There is a lot of information available, free of cost?

Our dedicated research team does exhaustive research on selecting the right fund for you to help you achieve your financial goals. This is done to ensure that you do not lose your sleep when the markets turn volatile (not moving in a single direction), as they usually do. The funds that we select for you have to pass a rigorous process, that includes reputation of the Fund House, adherence to investment mandate, performance across market cycles, profile of the fund manager.

3. How is the service different from other sources of information like newspapers, magazines and websites?

Unlike other sources of information, FundSelect does not rely purely on star ratings and Fund rankings, the primary methodology to evaluate Mutual Funds. Star ratings/Fund rankings only consider the past returns generated by the fund and hence, do not denote a clear picture on the performance of the fund.

4. What kind of funds do you recommend in FundSelect?

FundSelect broadly includes recommendations on Equity Mutual Funds. The Equity Mutual Funds include large cap funds, mid-cap funds, small-cap funds, flexi-cap funds and balanced funds.

5. Will the research reports be sent via courier/mail?

FundSelect is an online based Mutual Fund research service. You can view all our recommendations online by logging in to the service with your username and password. You can also download the research reports. We will also e mail you the research reports.

6. How often are the recommended funds reviewed?

We keep a regular track of mutual fund schemes and review all the schemes through our well defined process on Quarterly basis. We will cover the schemes under FundSelect as soon as our view on a particular scheme gets changed. It is our endeavor to cover and update the FundSelect report on a particular scheme at least once in a year.

7. Does the service offer any trial period and/or money back guarantee?

PersonalFN’s motto is to help investors make informed decisions in Mutual Funds. We are confident that our recommendations will help our subscribers meet their financial goals. We want every investor to benefit from the service. If any subscriber is dissatisfied with the service he can ask for his money back within one month from subscribing to the service.

8. How do I pay for the service?

The Payment process is very simple. As a new user you would be required to register your details. If you are an existing user, you only need to enter your username. Post registration, you would be directed to the payment gateway wherein the payment can be made with your Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking account. If you are a HDFC credit card holder, you can make the payment in 3 or 6 interest free EMI’s. Once the payment is received, you will receive an activation mail immediately stating your username and password to enable you access the service.
