Bajaj Finserv Makes Portfolio Diversification Easy With New Multi-Asset Allocation Fund

Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund has launched Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund.

Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund is an open-ended scheme investing in equity and equity related instruments, debt & debt derivatives and money market instruments, Gold ETFs, Silver ETFs, exchange traded commodity derivatives (ETCD) and in units of REITs and InvITs.

The fund aims to generate income from fixed income instruments and generate capital appreciation for investors by investing in equity and equity related securities including derivatives, Gold ETFs, Silver ETFs, exchange traded commodity derivatives and in units of REITs & InvITs. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.

Under normal circumstances, Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund will hold an allocation of 35% to 80% in Equity & equity related instruments, 10% to 55% in Debt securities (including securitized debt & debt derivatives) and Money Market Instruments* including Units of Debt oriented mutual fund schemes, 10% to 55% in Gold ETFs, Silver ETFs, Exchange Traded Commodity Derivatives (ETCDs) & any other mode of investment in commodities as permitted by SEBI from time to time and 0% to 10% in Units issued by REITs and InvITs.

Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund will manage the scheme within the ambit of its in-house fund philosophy – INQUBE. The INQUBE fund management philosophy is based on first principles understanding of the market dynamics. The process at its core emanates from the studied realisation that fund alpha is an outcome of three edges namely the Information edge, the Quantitative edge and the Behavioural edge of the investment team.

The scheme's allocation to equity, debt, and commodities will be dynamic, guided by internal models considering factors such as valuation levels, macroeconomic conditions, and capitalization rates. The scheme may also invest in overseas financial assets for diversification purposes, subject to SEBI/RBI regulations.

The scheme's investment strategy may be reviewed and modified as deemed necessary in the best interest of unit holders and market conditions.

Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund is benchmarked against 65% Nifty 50 TRI + 25% NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index + 10% Domestic Prices of Gold.

Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund will be managed by Mr. Nimesh Chandan and Mr. Sorbh Gupta (Equity portion) Mr. Nimesh Chandan and Mr. Siddharth Chaudhary (Debt portion) Mr. Vinay Bafna, dedicated Fund Manager for Commodity investments (Commodity investments portion)

Bajaj Finserv Multi-Asset Allocation Fund is open for subscription from May 13, 2024 to May 27, 2024. The fund will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within 5 days from the date of allotment.

The fund offers Direct Plan and Regular Plan. Under each plan the fund offers Growth, Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal - Payout, and Reinvestment of IDCW options.

The minimum subscription amount is Rs 500 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
