Sometimes, our subscribers write in to us with complaints that our premium e-letter is not being delivered to them. At our end we are talking to various email service providers to sort this out. But there is something that you can do to ensure delivery of our e-letter as promised... Read on below.
We at PersonalFN applaud all efforts to protect you from spam emails. However, the current systems for stopping spam emails are far from perfect. They often block e-mail that you've requested, but that fits somebody's idea of what spam looks like. As a result, you might unexpectedly find you're not getting your PersonalFN emails regularly.
As it happens, there's something you can do to keep emails from us from falling into your spam or junk mail folders. You can fight the blacklists with a "white-list". White-list us now, before your delivery is interrupted.
One thing you can do no matter what e-mail system you're using is add the following email addresses to your address book.
PersonalFN.com E-mail Addresses

Others
Many popular e-mail programs, including older versions of Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail, don't provide a convenient way for you to white-list the folks you want to receive e-mail from. If you're using this sort of e-mail system and you either aren't getting your PersonalFN newsletters or want to make sure you continue to receive your e-letters in the future, you can do something about it.
Contact the customer service people or the Postmaster at the company that provides your e-mail or Internet connection (your ISP). Explain to them that PersonalFN newsletters are e-mail that you asked for and value. Ask them if they can white-list PersonalFN. (Unfortunately, some e-mail systems don't allow white-listing.) If they do white-list, they'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:
- Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give them the address in the "From" line of your most recent PersonalFN newsletter.
Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them this: personalfn.com, IP Address: 13.233.5.207
Thank you for white-listing us! If you are having any difficulty in white-listing us, please write in to us with the details of the email service that you are using.
