PersonalFN reserves the right to deny, in its sole discretion, any User access to this Web Site or any portion thereof without notice or justification. Further PersonalFN reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to any service provided by it. Registration and subscription:

If you wish to receive access to the restricted content of the Website you will need to register (as a Registered User) or subscribe (as a Subscriber) with us and the following provisions of this Clause will apply.

Limits on Personal and Non-Commercial Use

Disclosure: Conflict of Interest

Quantum Information Services Pvt. Ltd. (PersonalFN) is, as per SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations 1996, an associate / group Company of Quantum Asset Management Company Private Limited and Trustees and Sponsor of Quantum Mutual Fund (QMF) and to that extent there may be conflict of interest while acting as a distributor or recommending any schemes of QMF. However any such recommendation or reference made is based on the standard evaluation and selection process, which applies uniformly for all Mutual Fund Schemes. The payment of commission (upfront /annualized & trail), if any, for any Schemes by QMF to PersonalFN is also at arm's length and as per prevailing market practices.

PersonalFN also receives fees for providing research to Quantum Equity Fund of Fund (QEFoF) which is Fund of Fund scheme managed by QMF.

PersonalFN (QIS) may, from time to time, receive fees from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for sponsorship of various investor education initiatives and Money Simplified Guides produced by QIS.

HYPERLINKING TO SITE AND REFERENCING SITE PROHIBITED:

Unless expressly authorized by website, no one may hyperlink this site, or portions thereof, (including, but not limited to, logotypes, trademarks, branding or copyrighted material) to theirs for any reason. TERMS RELATED TO ONLINE PAYMENTS

Online Card Payments:

Credit/Debit Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system from "CCAvenue" and "HDFC Bank Payment Gateway". By using a credit/debit card to pay for our services, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The Card information provided will be authenticated by your bank through the payment gateway system directly without any information being stored at our website. Please note PersonalFN does not save or store your credit card information on any of it's servers. This information is passed on to our payment gateway – CCAvenue and HDFC Bank Payment Gateway for processing.

Internet Banking

If you have an account with any of the banks made available for making payment by online payment gateway "CCAvenue", then you can pay through respective bank's net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account through an online gateway system, which enables safe and secure transaction. In case of HDFC Bank payment gateway, only HDFC's internet banking facility would be available.

Transaction Confirmation

Once your transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of your transaction from PersonalFN. If you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us .

Modification of these terms and conditions

PersonalFN reserves the right to change, without notice, this Terms of Use under which the Service is offered. The User's continued use of the Service will be subject to the Terms of Use in force at the time of the Use.

PersonalFN shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement at any time without notice. You agree to review these terms of use periodically since subsequent use by you of this site shall constitute your acceptance of any changes. PersonalFN shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of PersonalFN.com, including, but not limited to, the community areas, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access to use. PersonalFN warrants that it does not provide any investment advice on this web site. The recommendation service, views, articles, reports and other contents are provided on an "As Is" basis by PersonalFN. The User warrants that it shall obtain independent investment advice before taking any investment decision. Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risks. Subscribers / Clients should read the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Statement of Additional Information (SAI) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) before making any investments.

PersonalFN shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, to the User or any third party, as a consequence of the failure of its equipment, howsoever defined, or that of any Stock exchange, Internet Service Provider, User or any third party to function in such manner as is reasonably expected of such equipment. PersonalFN shall not be responsible for any downtime of such equipment.

PersonalFN makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied that the research, development, marketing, distribution, use or sale of the Service will not infringe any patent, copyright or other right of any third party.

PersonalFN and its subsidiaries / affiliates / sponsors or employees, personnel, directors will not be responsible for any direct / indirect loss or liability incurred by the user as a consequence of him or any other person on his behalf taking any investment decisions based on the contents and information provided herein.

The User also agrees that his sole remedy under this Terms of Use is cancellation of the Service. By viewing, using, or interacting in any manner with this site, including banners, advertising, or pop-ups, and as a condition of the website to allow his lawful viewing, Visitor forever waives all right to claims of damage of any and all description based on any causal factor resulting in any possible harm, no matter how heinous or extensive, whether physical or emotional, foreseeable or unforeseeable, whether personal or business in nature.

Use of Password

User shall be responsible for creating and safe keeping of his Password. In the event a User is given a password by PersonalFN, the User shall ensure that such password is kept in a secure manner. User may not assign his/her password obtained to any person or entity without the prior written consent of PersonalFN. PersonalFN does not have access to such password since it is generated randomly on the PersonalFN system, encrypted and passed on to the User. User shall bear all responsibility of keeping the password secure and in the event that the User incurs any liability to PersonalFN or any other third party as a result of the password being used by third parties, or due to improper use of the password, User shall, without limitation, bear all such liability. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in the event any liability arising to the User as a consequence of any of PersonalFN's employees accessing the User's password without authorization shall be borne by the User.

SUBMISSIONS

Visitor agrees as a condition of viewing, that any communication between Visitor and Website is deemed a submission. The Users agree that they will solely be liable for any liability incurred by them in this regard and will indemnify PersonalFN for any liability PersonalFN may incur in any foreign jurisdiction as a consequence of citizens / residents of countries other than India using the Service. This service does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.

Please Note: PersonalFN do not offer any of its personalized advisory services which include Financial planning, Mutual Fund Portfolio Review Service, PersonalFN Wealth Building Service and Wealth Planning Services to USA, Canada and European Union countries based residents/citizens. The Securities and Exchange Commission of USA does not allow PersonalFN to offer any of its advisory services to USA based Residents.

Feedback

PersonalFN reserves the right to reproduce in part or full clients views about its services in its product promotions or in its communications with prospective clients. Clients who do not wish their views to be used as above may intimate PersonalFN in writing to this effect.

Termination

If the User violates any term of this Terms of Use, PersonalFN may terminate the User's access to this Web -Site, without waiving any other rights. The User would continue to remain liable for any liabilities that may have arisen before the termination.

In addition to the general restrictions above, the following specific restrictions and conditions apply to your use of content on the PersonalFN Website.

For PersonalFN's Lifetime Wealth Alliance membership, the following terms and conditions will apply:

• This service can-not be transferred or gifted during the life time of the Subscriber. The Subscriber however may bequeath the subscription to any one person on death or by way of a will. The subscription will in such cases only last during the life time of that one successor.
• The subscription will last during the life time of the Subscriber or the successor or continuity of the services comprised in PersonalFN's Lifetime Wealth Alliance, whichever is earlier.
• The maintenance fee will be payable annually. PersonalFN may decide to increase/decrease or in any way modify the annual maintenance charges applicable to this service. The Subscriber agrees to be bound by them.
• If the member does not pay the annual maintenance fee, his access to the PersonalFN's Lifetime Wealth Alliance Membership will be suspended. The service can be reactivated any time by paying the maintenance fee for the current year.
• In case the subscription is discontinued for any reason whatsoever, the Subscriber will not be eligible to receive any reports which form a part of this offer.
• No request for change in the composition of the service will be entertained / accepted by PersonalFN.
• PersonalFN may at its discretion and from time to time, change, add, remove features of the composition of this service without notice. In such circumstances, PersonalFN will on a best effort basis compensate the Subscriber by providing access to any of its other service.
• PersonalFN shall not be liable in damages for any delay or default in performance hereunder or any direct/indirect loss if such delay or default or loss is caused by winding up, transfer, assignment of PersonalFN's business or due to conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions, strikes, wars, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of PersonalFN.
• PersonalFN is neither a university nor an educational institution nor affiliated to one and will not grant a degree on completion of any e-learning course.

Refund Policy

Quantum Information Services Pvt Ltd (PersonalFN) offers premium paid services around Mutual Fund Research, wealth tracking, budgeting and Financial Planning.

PersonalFN offers all information and details to help you make an informed decision about the service that you wish to subscribe. PersonalFN's subscription services information on the website is also detailed and secure to ensure that you make the appropriate payment for the required service.

We may offer our services, from time to time, with or without a refund option.

Refunds are made only in the following cases:

• If multiple payment transactions have happened for the same service.
• If excess payments have been charged / paid for the service subscribed to.
• If the specific offer for the service or a group of services (combo services) includes the option to refund. This would typically be a part of a promotion offer and for a specified period of time. This would also be subject to such conditions and terms as would be specified in the specific offer. For example, a 30 day "NO RISK" refund offer would mean that if you are not satisfied with the service, you can intimate us and ask for a refund within 30 days of making the payment.
• In case it is established that a service has been subscribed to by hacking/phishing of card details or the internet banking account of a person other than the subscriber and the card holder does not wish to avail the services of PFN. The refund would be processed to the person who holds the card or the bank account and would be made through the banking channel.
• In case the service paid for is not allowed to be used / availed by the person intending to use the service for various regulatory or other reasons and/or the transaction is unlawful or unenforceable for some reason.

PFN would like to clarify, that in all the above cases, it reserves the right to adjust a part / all of the payment made to the extent it believes the subscriber has availed the service, not withstanding any of the above.

Refund will NOT be made in the following cases:

• If the refund has been demanded after the expiry of the "refund offer" period. The request for refund must reach PFN within such specified time and delays in courier etc. are not acceptable reasons for late claims.
• Dissatisfaction with the service after subscribing to it except in case of specific offer.
• In case of a "Force Majeure" event. A 'Force Majeure' would include (without limitation) any act of God, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances, acts of the public enemy, acts of terrorism, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, epidemics, landslides, lightning, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, washouts, arrest and restraints of governments and people, civil disturbances, and explosions or any reason beyond the control of PFN.
• The Subscriber will be eligible for a refund only once for a particular service. In case a Subscriber has subscribed to a service, claimed refund and subscribed again for the same service, he/she will not be eligible to avail any refund.

REFUND method and PROCESS

PersonalFN will NOT make any CASH refunds.

Refunds will be made as:

• A chargeback to the card
• Cheque/DD
• Transfer to the online account
